The Billings Legacy Workshop was born out of a simple belief: our hands can shape more than just wood—they can shape character, confidence, and community.
In a time when kids are glued to screens and families are pulled in a hundred directions, we saw the need for something real. A place where sawdust replaces scrolling. Where kids, parents, friends, and neighbors come together to create, learn, and build something lasting.
This workshop is for homeschool families looking for hands-on education. For kids aged 6 to 18 who want to discover the joy of building with their own two hands. For teens who need a place to belong and adults who want to rekindle an old passion or try something new.
It’s for community groups, woodworking clubs, and DIYers ready to learn, teach, and grow together. From summer camps to after-school classes, teen memberships to adult workshops, the Billings Legacy Workshop is where Montana builds more than projects—we build purpose.
Our mission is simple: teach real skills, inspire lifelong learning, and help kids and adults alike unplug, slow down, and find pride in what they can make. Because when you build something with your own two hands, you’re not just making woodwork—you’re making a legacy.
